At Embody, our massage therapy sessions are all priced the same to give our massage therapists flexibility to provide you the best care.

Pricing: $45/30 minutes, $85/60 minutes, $120/90 minutes

Hot Swedish massage

Our signature massage. Oil and hot stones are used with smooth, gliding strokes of Swedish massage. This technique adds firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and promote a sense of well being.

The foundation of many massages (including sports and deep tissue), Swedish massage uses firm gliding strokes moving blood and lymph fluid towards the heart to loosen muscles and relieve stress.

hot stone massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. deep tissue massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to loosen both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles. We work with you to determine areas of focus.
