Beginner Hatha Yoga
This class is perfect for the person who has ever said "I'd love to try yoga, but..." Learn the foundations of yoga postures, breath-work, and philosophy in a laid-back atmosphere. Students will learn to listen to their body in order to increase flexibility, bring balance to their body and mind, and tap into their incredible inner self. Each class ends with a deep relaxation. No yoga experience is required. Students should be able to go from standing to sitting to lying on the floor. Wear clothing that is comfortable and does not inhibit movement. Please bring a mat. Limited mat rentals are available for $1.
